The objective of this assignment is to search out and record an real world example of design reminiscent of a particular a stylistic period. Write a description of the identification process, and then create and post the appropriate files on the University's server.

The use of circles (and simple geometry) in design is evident in the Late Modern period including: the London Underground signage featuring typefaces by Edward Johnston, Poster by Paul Rand, Lucky Strike cigarettes, the Westinghouse logo, and the CBS logo.
Late Modern graphic designers chose not to be decorative and designs were all about simplicity. I found a reference to the London Underground signage that featured typefaces by Edward Johnston.
An influence of the Late Modern era of graphic design was the Olympus Trip 35 camera. I searched for the latest digital cameras and found a Kodak with a similar design. Both camera designs are focused on simplicity.
